Matthew holmeS

Director and Social Program Coordinator 

Matthew is an experienced mentor and has worked in the disability sector for over five years. 

Areas of interest include: 

  • Role modelling

  • Teaching daily living and life skills

  • Teaching Financial literacy 

  • Promoting positive relationships 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Health science (Management)

  • Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management)

Rebecca Bartolic

Developmental Educator

Rebecca has extensive experience and expertise working with children and young adults with disabilities, their families, and allied health professionals to promote positive and successful outcomes.

Areas of interest include:

  • Emotional regulation and social-skill building

  • Positive behaviour outcomes

  • Transitions 

  • Teaching daily living skills

  • Working with key support networks (families and allied health professionals)

  • Social and functional communication 

  • Counselling and family support

Rachel Dono

Developmental Educator

Rachel has experience supporting young children, teens and adults with disabilities. Rachel also has experience developing and running group therapy programs to teach teens and young adults social communication skills.

Danielle Goodfellow

Adminstration Assistant

Danielle has experience in administration work and has previously been a 1:1 disability support worker.

Area of interest include

  • Office Management

  • Administration and Human Resources support

  • Project coordination

  • Budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Cert III and IV in Education Support

  • Cert III in Children services

Gwen Humphreys

DIsability Support Worker

Gwen has experience supporting young children, teens and adults with disabilities. Gwen is involved in 1:1 mentoring as well as assisting our group social events and overnight camps.

Areas of interest include:

  • Teaching Independent living skills

  • Supporting people to access the community

  • Engaging in participants hobbies and interests

Qualifications:

  • Gwen is currently studying a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education to work towards becoming a developmental educator

Chloe Bartlett

DIsability Support Worker

Chloe has experience supporting young children and teens with disabilities. Chloe is involved in 1:1 mentoring as well as assisting our group social events and overnight camps.

  • Engaging in participants hobbies and interests

Qualifications:

  • Chloe is currently studying Psychology at Flinders University and has an interest in disability and behaviour.

Paul Humphreys

DIsability Support Worker

Paul has recently started supporting adults with disabilities. Paul is involved in 1:1 mentoring.

Areas of interest include:

  • Assisting participants with independent living skills

  • Engaging in participants hobbies and interests

  • Supporting participants socially, engaging in conversations and giving encouragement where needed
