Our Purpose
Matthew and Jordan are the founders and directors of Inspire Abilities SA, which they established in 2021 with a shared vision of creating a welcoming, inclusive community where neurodivergent people feel supported and understood.
Jordan’s passion for supporting neurodivergent people began early in life, shaped by her lived experience of neurodiversity within her own household. This understanding grew into a lifelong commitment to providing meaningful support across the lifespan. Over the years, Jordan has built on this passion through mentoring roles, completing a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education/Special Education and a Bachelor of Disability Studies, becoming a Developmental Educator, and co-creating Inspire Abilities SA alongside Matthew.
Matthew’s journey into the disability and community sector developed through hands-on experience as a mentor and group program facilitator, while studying a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management). Matthew discovered a strong passion for supporting people to achieve positive outcomes, creating meaningful social opportunities for young people and believes in building confidence and growth through consistent support.
This is our ‘why’ behind Inspire Abilities SA and we would love for you to join our community.
